Atlantic City with a French- speaking cast…Bagneres de Luchon turned out to be much different than pictured in the guidebooks…extreme heat (in the Pyrenees!) extreme crowds…packed up the car…drove the Pyrenees route of the
Tour de France bikers (we found the DRIVE exhausting on high altitude switch-back roads!). Found a 7-bedroom chateau, complete with gourmet chef, welcoming hostess, gorgeous property and pool…we may not leave.
